An easy drinking Sangiovese which slides down carefree without a trouble in the world.
Soft fruit with a shade of spice describes this best.
Dried red flowers, scents of mulberry and not surprisingly red cherry. To taste and there’s plenty of red fruit flanked by dried
Italian herbs adding a savoury fleck. There’s good persistence through to a long finish which closes out with a dab of bitterness which I don’t mind.
A handy drop to share with friends alongside plentiful bowls of food without burning a hole in your wallet.
Drink now to five years.
