Originally founded in 1990, Clarence Hill today is known for making wines style and drinkability using our family of growers.
Our inaugural release of a McLaren Vale Rose style, made from Mataro and Grenache with a touch of Chardonnay.
Made simply with protective winemaking and a Burgundian yeast, this wine captures the freshness of the grapes. Crisp acidity this wine utilizes a small amount of residual sugar to provide balance.
Made as a drink now style.
Clarence Hill Wines made are elegant and capture classic varietal notes – they are ‘Naturally Blessed Vineyards’.

Product Description

Tasting Note
Colour: Medium hot salmon pink.
Nose: Very complex aromatics of pomegranate, cranberry and white cherry with background citrus zest.
Palate: Light and fresh with crisp acidity and gentle red cranberry fruit, balanced RS and a long, textural finish.
Potential: Drink now . Short term development will be interesting to observe.
Foods: King george whiting or antipasto or a simple cold aperitif.
Technical: Alcohol: 12.1% , pH 3.12, TA 5.47 RS 2.7 g/L
Vintage: 2026 was a low yielding as a result of a dry season.
