Clarence Hill Chardonnay 2026 12 Pack

$240.00

Originally founded in 1990, Clarence Hill today is known for making wines style and drinkability using our own vineyards and our family of growers.
The fruit for this wine is from a cooler site in McLaren Flat / Blewitt Springs from the Osmond family. The ‘Mendoza’ clone of chardonnay is known for its tiny bunches with ‘chicken and hen’ berries (in French Millandage) all giving concentrated fruit characters.
This wine has no oak influence – complexity comes from the use of a yeast from Burgundy and fermentation of grape solids to enhance texture with a tiny amount of residual sugar. As the wine is an early pick, the acidity has been tempered by the use of malo-lactic fermentation –100%.
Clarence Hill Wines made are elegant and capture classic varietal notes – they are ‘Naturally Blessed Vineyards’.
