Product Description
Tasting Note Colour: Medium straw green with a ‘grey’ tint. Nose: Lemon zest curd and nashi pear with a zingy muscat like note.
Palate: Fresh with medium weight fruit and balancing residual sweetness. Long and complex.
Potential: Drink now but short term cellaring will add richer ‘gris’ nuances.
Foods: Try with Oysters, sashimi or Thai beef salad. This wine seems to have an affinity for spice and chilli so try with your favourite Chinese, Thai or Mexican food.
Technical: Bottled July, 2021 under screw cap, Alcohol 12.0%, pH 3.23 TA 6.0, RS 7g/L Vintage: 2021 was a great growing season.
